EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by logging into your account and submitting a return or cancellation request through the Orders section.

Once your withdrawal is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
